You can leave it out altogether of course, but it can be a good way to get the party started. The best advice I can give is to make it your own. Choose a song you love, and that makes you feel amazing. Choose a location where you feel totally comfortable and happy... Twinkly festoon lights and romantic outdoor first dances are always a good bet! This one is at one of my favourite venues, Spring Cottage in Rivington. @sc_rivington. Then, after a minute or so, invite everyone else to join you, and make sure your band or DJ play some absolute bangers to follow...
