I absolutely loved this adventurous branding shoot with Rose, a yoga teacher and mentor, in Southport, Merseyside. Rose fell in love with my work, and had a really clear idea of what she wanted from the shoot- she had a clear direction in her mind that she wanted to take her business in and needed an adventurous, enigmatic branding shoot to reflect that. And that’s where I came in!
Early one morning, well before the commuter rush and crowd of shoppers, we met on Lord Street and I had the absolute pleasure of shooting Rose’s incredibly fluid and beautiful movements as she demonstrated her amazing craft. I loved the challenge of capturing the incredible shapes Rose made with her body. Rose believes wholeheartedly that Yoga should be accessible to everyone, and should be a fun and enjoyable experience, and projecting this vision this was a huge aim of the images we created.

We planned the shoot carefully and with precision, allowing for a number of outfit changes and locations. This is something I don’t limit at all with my shoots- you can pack our shoot time with as much content as you possibly can- I bloody love a challenge!! We also found time to grab some action shots on the closed Coast Road, and headed up into the sand dunes for some epic portraits- it really was an action packed shoot!
One of the things Rose has loved most about her Personal Branding shoot, is that it’s made her life super simple. She told me:
